Please note returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase, We do not accept returns for items i.e. wigs, hairpieces, jewellery and swimwear which have been tried on, worn, altered, change of mind or returned past the 14 days return limit.

In the event of a faulty item or exchange please contact us directly before returning the item. Please attach your full name and item number along with your return so we can process your refund swiftly and efficiently. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the item and to ensure it is sent safely back to us though a trackable service. We are not responsible for returned missing post. Return postage costs are not refunded.
