Please note returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase, We do not accept returns for items i.e. wigs, hairpieces, jewellery and swimwear which have been tried on, worn, altered or returned past the 14 days return limit.
- Items must be returned once agreed in satisfactory and pristine condition with hair nets, all packaging including internal and labels intact. Upon a return we thoroughly inspect condition of the item before issuing a refund, if we deem a item has been worn, tampered with, altered or tried on, we will notify you that the item will be returned back to you as these will be deemed unsaleable.
- Please do not return goods without notification.
- We do not offer our wigs to be tried on. For colour issues, Exchanges only.
- Please note refunds are issued within 7 working days of receipt in compliance with the return regulations above.

In the event of a faulty item or exchange please contact us directly before returning the item. Please attach your full name and item number along with your return so we can process your refund swiftly and efficiently. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the item and to ensure it is sent safely back to us though a trackable service. We are not responsible for returned missing post. Return postage costs are not refunded.
- Exchanges will be dependant on stock supply and will be exchanged within 3-5 working days of receipt.
